the 20-minute panic

Hey Reader!

Yesterday I had exactly 23 minutes before my next call.

I stood in my office, heart racing slightly because I KNEW I should use this time wisely, mentally cycling through seventeen different tasks…

Reach out to that potential client? Write that blog post? Update my website?

And you know what happened? I spent 18 of those precious minutes just… frozen. Overwhelmed by choice. Feeling like whatever I picked would be the “wrong” thing.

Then my call started and I felt like a complete failure.

Please tell me this isn’t just me.

Here’s what I’m realizing about us mom business owners - we’re really good at finding small pockets of time, but the PRESSURE of making them “count” is actually paralyzing us.

Here’s the hardest confession to make, especially to you, Reader:

I’ve been trying to sell you my products for months, and it’s not working. Not because you don’t need help, but because I haven’t been asking what you ACTUALLY struggle with.

Here’s what I want to know:

When you find yourself with 20-45 minutes of unexpected time, what’s the FIRST “I should…” thought that pops into your head?

Just hit reply and tell me. I’m reading every response.

Because honestly? I think we’re all drowning in our own expectations, and I want to build something that actually helps instead of adding more pressure.

Hit reply - what’s your first “I should…” when you get surprise time?

With love,

Dr. Celia
